Memory That Lasts · HQ

One front door. What is live, what needs you, where to go.
Verified against live · 7 Aug 2026, evening

Needs you — only these two

Set the Pinterest profile cover Open Pinterest in the phone app, tap your profile, Edit, then cover. The cover strip does not exist on Pinterest web at all, so this cannot be done from a laptop and cannot be checked by API. If you already set the daisy, one look in the app confirms it and closes this. Done when: you can see the cover on your own profile in the app. Click “Run now” once on pinterest-weekly-readout Cowork sidebar, Scheduled tasks. The task runs every Monday 07:30 and rewrites the Pinterest performance numbers, but tool approvals are stored on the task, so until you run it by hand once the Monday runs can stall waiting on a prompt. One click, once. Done when: it has run a first time and Monday no longer asks you anything.

Where the money actually is

2
Shopify orders in the last 90 days. $44.00 and $37.21.
3
Judge.me reviews in the whole catalogue.
19
Pinterest-attributed add to carts in 30 days.
0
Checkouts from those. The funnel stops here.
The read. Pinterest is doing its job — 878 view-through visits and 19 add to carts. Nothing converts after the cart. Nobody has yet walked the checkout end to end as a real buyer on a phone, the abandoned-cart flow has never been checked, and engraved jewellery is final sale with almost no reviews to reassure anyone. That is where the next hour is worth the most, not in more pins.

All four numbers queried live tonight, not carried from a document.

Run the day

Open LoopsCurrent
Your single source of truth for tasks. Everything open, what done looks like, and what closed today so it stops resurfacing.
Rebuilt and verified against live · 7 Aug
Dispatch rubric & baselineCurrent
The nine dimensions you judge Dispatch on, with room to write a score and a date, the auto-fail list, and the dated baseline the 7 September test is measured against. You asked for this and never got it — it is saved now, in the Ops folder and here.
Baseline read live · 7 Aug · Pinterest numbers marked unread, not guessed
Pinterest 30-day campaignCurrent
Daily status of the pin queue, the decision rules, and what is published. Now 4 pins a day with 3-board fan-out, 360 credits against 400.
Owned by another session, actively writing · 7 Aug
Read only. Do not edit this one.
Pinterest decisionsCurrent
The four settled Pinterest calls and why, so none of them get re-litigated.

TikTok + Instagram boardCurrent
The 18 drafted posts for Aug 8–21. Nothing has posted yet; every one needs uploading from your phone.
Verified · 7 Aug
Social command centerStale
Holds the 12 Kayla-approved sign clips, the hook bank and the 12 Pinterest title/description pairs — those are still good. Its status half is out of date: it still says you have zero boards and a banned word in your bio. Both were fixed on 6 Aug.

Fix what is wrong on the listings

Etsy alt text paste-downCurrent
Per-photo text for the 11 zodiac coin listings, to paste in the Etsy Seller app by hand. Checked against Etsy tonight: Cross and Leo really are done, the other 11 each have 8 photos and no alt text at all.
Verified against the live Etsy API · 7 Aug
Image defects, verifiedCurrent
The vision audit reading actual pixels against what each photo claims. This is where the wrong-alt and wrong-finish findings live.

Kevin’s variant checkKevin
Kevin’s own tracker for the variant-image pass, on the big computer. His workflow, his pace, his saved progress.
Not ours to touch, mirror or chase

Retired — do not work from these

Variant image check (all 88)Retired
Superseded. Kevin owns this on his own tracker now. The page is kept for the record and carries a retired banner. No session rebuilds it or re-raises it.
Retired 7 Aug · go to Kevin’s tracker instead
Variant image changesRetired
A one-day change list from the variant work that was reverted. It describes a state the store is not in. Banner added.
Retired 7 Aug
Master contextRetired
Dated 2 Aug and carries prices and theme ids that have since moved. Replaced by MTL-CURRENT-STATE.md in the Ops folder plus the preflight script. Banner added.
Retired 7 Aug · this is the class of page that has cost you hours
“Charm” strip change listRetired
Proposes stripping “charm” from titles. You decided the opposite on 7 Aug: charm stays in product titles, banned everywhere else. Banner added so nobody executes it.
Retired 7 Aug · decision closed the other way
Launch-readiness auditRetired
Written before launch. The store went live 29 Jul, so a readiness checklist is no longer a true frame. Banner added.

Archive — one-off approval and reference pages

What I would keep

You have twenty-eight hosted pages. That is the problem, not the solution. Six are worth being live surfaces:

  1. This dashboard — the only link you need to remember.
  2. Open Loops — tasks.
  3. Pinterest 30-day — the running campaign.
  4. TikTok + Instagram — the posts waiting on your phone.
  5. Alt text paste-down — until the 11 coin listings are done, then it retires itself.
  6. Image truth — until the audit finishes, then it folds into Open Loops.

Everything else is either Kevin’s, retired, or an archive of a decision already made. Nothing was deleted. The five retired pages now say so at the top of themselves, so a page can no longer quietly tell you something false.

Changed today

Closed — stop looking for these
Cancer and Capricorn coin artwork — fixed by you. The swapped-glyph blocker is removed from every board and doc. Both signs are eligible for pins, featured groups and hero slots again. Live check: both products were updated this evening and each carries one freshly uploaded image. One thing to glance at — Cancer’s gallery now has one fewer photo than the rest of the coin family, and its new artwork sits last rather than in the spec-card slot.
Mobile header logo overlap — fixed and live. Logo renders at its full 234×28 at both 390 and 414, zero overlap at every width.
Tailwind API key — working. The daily scheduling loop no longer needs a browser. Credits and analytics still do.
Tailwind plan — closed. Bundle stays. Never shown as open again.
Charm in product titles — settled. Approved exception, titles only. Still banned in descriptions, snippets, pin copy, board names and alt text.
Canada — settled. We ship to Canada, paid, flat CA $9.39, 10 to 30 days transit. US free, “Ships within 2 to 5 days”. Any “US-only” line anywhere is stale.
Etsy processing time — closed. Queried tonight: all 88 listings return 2 to 5 days. The old “86 listings say 3 to 5” item was out of date and is gone.
Etsy shop announcement — compliant. Read live tonight, zero breaches.
The 4 Etsy shipping profiles — already deleted. Etsy soft-deletes, so they only looked present.
Pinterest website claim — verified three ways, via the Shopify integration. Etsy cannot be claimed on Pinterest at all; there is no such option, so it must never become a task.
Pinterest OAuth — not a blocker. All eight tokens tested dead on 4 Aug and the catalog never depended on it.
Catalog imagery — already flowing through the Shopify app. Roughly 2,844 catalog pins exist. Do not build a supplemental feed.
The 5 deleted Pinterest boards — staying deleted. Restore is all-or-nothing and would bring back a junk sandbox board.
Variant image check — Kevin’s. On his own tracker, on the big computer.
Still open, and one correction
The Pinterest schema fix has NOT landed. I was told it was deployed. I checked the live homepage twice, cache-busted, with the theme confirmed as the main one: the structured data still points at pinterest.com/memorythatlasts, which belongs to a stranger called Casey. Ours is MemoryThatLasts1. It is one string in one snippet. Recorded as open on the Open Loops board rather than believed.
Nobody has walked the checkout as a real buyer on a phone. 19 add to carts, zero checkouts. This is the highest-value hour available.
Three reviews across the whole catalogue. On final-sale engraved jewellery that is almost certainly costing conversions. Rich-result star ratings unlock at five on one product.
The Klaviyo abandoned-cart flow has never been checked.
Etsy performance has never been analysed, despite being the higher-intent channel.
Q4 has not started. It is 7 August and Pinterest needs roughly 45 days of lead.
Listing alt text is wrong in two known patterns. Every vertical-bar birth flower product except January and May describes a heart. Every zodiac coin except Taurus has a position-4 photo whose alt claims gold when the photo is stainless. Both verified live tonight.
Nine archived files still hold live credentials. Yours to rotate, noted here only so it is not lost.

Ground rules

Live wins. If a document and the live store disagree, the store is right and the document is a bug. Derivable things — theme ids, prices, product counts — are never written down anywhere, they are queried by mtl-preflight.sh.
Drive is stale. Not a source of truth. The one exception is the master product sheet, and even that gets checked against live.
Machines. You work on Indigo. Kevin works on the big computer. Nobody touches the other’s window.
Never on a customer surface: the fulfilment partner, your name, “silver” in the data layer, Black or Rainbow PVD. Shipping copy is always “Ships within 2 to 5 days”.
Mobile first, then desktop, and verify on the live URL rather than trusting a build.
